Journey Box Subscriptions

How do I cancel my Subscription?

When you placed the order for a Journey Box (Blessing Box, Crystal Club, Manifestation Mail) after Sep-2021, we sent you an email with a button for "Manage Subscription". You can go to that link and pause/cancel the subscription. The button link does expire after some time because of security reasons. If the link is expired, you can create an account on the website using the email address that you used when making the purchase, and can manage the Subscription from your account. "Create an Account" is under the top Menu on the AphroZodiac website. We encourage you to wait till you get your first box, before you cancel.

I moved, how do I change my Shipping address?

It is very easy to manage your shipping address, payment information and other subscription details through the online account on AphroZodiac website. If you have not created an account, you can do so by clicking on "Create an account" on AphroZodiac website. The link is under the top Menu. Once you are logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions" to update Shipping address for the subscription.

Important: On the Account main page, you can update the address, but that only applies to new ordes. For existing subscriptions, you have to click on "Manage Subscriptions" to update the address for the subscription.

I changed my credit/debit card, how do I update it?

It is very easy to manage your payment information and other subscription details through the online account on AphroZodiac website. If you have not created an account, you can do so by clicking on "Create an account" on AphroZodiac website. The link is under the top Menu. Once you are logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions" to update the payment information for the subscription. If you use "Shop Pay", please go here to update.

The link for Manage Subscriptions in the email does not work, what do I do?

The button link does expire after some time because of security reasons. Can I only buy 1 box without signing up for a subscription?

You can subscribe and cancel the subscription online after receiveing the first box. Please wait till you get the box before cancelling.

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

If you are missing an item in your order, please email us at  care@aphrozodiac.co.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Please let us know if you have received any broken items and we will be happy to send you a replacement. Email us at care@aphrozodiac.co .

Why is my order taking a long time to be delivered?

Shipping times may vary depending on where you live and may be more impacted by covid-19 in certain areas. We thank you for your patience during this time.

Do you deliver outside the USA?

We giftwrap each of our orders in brown paper with a red wax seal!

How can I search to find products on the website?

You can click the "Menu" button in the top right corner of the home page. This will give you a drop down where you will find a bar labeled "Search all products...".
