A Rose Petal Ritual Bath

There are many benefits of taking a cleansing bath as part of your Full Moon ritual. Use this time to relax, meditate, and center yourself... focusing on your breath. Before you begin... add your favorite essential oils, bath salts or (my personal favorite) fresh or dried rose petals to the water. Place your favorite crystals in or around the water, light some candles & play your favorite meditative music. As you soak, imagine you are letting go of whatever is no longer serving you. Focus on washing away the negative energy, emotions & feelings that have been weighing heavy on your mind, and imagine the water healing you as it embraces your body. If you’re not a bath person, take a shower. When you are finished, imagine being surrounded by a pure white energy... as if renewed.
